In the Familiar Master event (http://icarus.nexon.net/en/news/article/15099/updated-two-new-events-start-today) It CLEARLY states you get a permanent duration buff that reduces taming point consumption. I sent a ticket about not receiving it, and it turns out it's meant to go along with the title. I just feel cheated and lied to right now, and you should too for being mislead so hard.
