Where's the free Trickster package?

I was cheated out of the last free new character package so I made sure my wife and I got it right this time and pre-registered our Trickster real early. Now my wife cannot find the package. When and where do we get it? I haven't been in the game yet because the installer says I have to re-install the game AGAIN since the update today, which I won't do AGAIN! I'm waiting for tech support to fix it so I can play.

But any help on when we get the free Trickster package would help.
