Was the mouse scrolling view changed?

One of the biggest functions for me in the game was the ability to scroll the view all the was in to almost first person so I can view my new armor when I get it, view other people's armor up close, and get a good close up view when I want to take a pic of our group.

It seems that since the last update, or since the Trickster update, this option is not here anymore. When I scroll all the way in, I only go so far and the camera is above my head, which is completely worthless. I cannot view anything up close anymore and I have not changed my settings.

I have re-checked my setting and they all seen ok. Was this changed or is it a glitch? I have restarted the game and even rebooted my computer many times with no change. It's on all 6 of my characters also.

Does anyone know how to get this view back?
