I started a thread about players getting stuck in DC limbo when porting into Victory Plaza (or just about anywhere in the highlands). Some players have been lucky enough to wait a while and relog, thus correcting the problem but others have been plagued by this issue with no positive results. Here's something I've done that has pretty much fixed the issue.
A special thanks goes out to fellow guildy @Mara for coming up with this ingenious method.
Go into the NEXON fold (under C: drive or whatever drive you installed it under).
Go thru the following sub folders:
NEXON > Library > icarus > appdata > Game
*note: this is not the nexon launcher folder*

located a few .npk files (doesn't matter which ones) and DELETE them (or move them (aka cut/paste) out of the Game folder).
Now restart NEXON launcher and click on the gear symbol and perform a REPAIR installation.
Restart ROI and cross your fingers. If the game files were repaired, you should be able to log onto your stuck toon.
Lets hope that NEXON comes out with a fix before this becomes the norm...
** sometimes simply repairing the installation will fix the issue but if no repair was performed, then it probably won't work. By deleting a few npk files, it forces the launcher to re-download these deleted files, thus temporarily fixing the problem.
