Newbie Question - Karascha and Exalted gear

Hello, Im a new player and I have a few questions of those gears.
I have been getting random pieces of those two sets from familiars adventures, one is for lvl40 and the other for lv50, Im currently lv46.
Should I try to get the full lvl40 set before continuing? should I wait for lvl50 set? Is there a particular order I should follow?
