from what I know the "Premium Bag" goes to the 1st Bag Slot and the 30 Day bag goes to the 2nd Bag Slot and disappears after 30 days.
You normally only receive the "Premium Bag" after having purchased / opened the Premium Service and you cannot use it again / or it will overwrite the one you already have.
So, it does not make sense that you receive "Premium Bags" from an Event Box: You can only use it, when you have Premium and if you have Premium, you already have this Bag.
I don't remember if I perhaps also spent Ellun for a "second open".
Is there a way that " Support" exchanges it for a Inventory Bag? Does anybody know?
