"Reduce Auction House Listing Fee by 1%"

Currently, when you sell an item there is a 5% fee for registration and 5% for Sale.

I would think this title reduces the registration fee to 4%, yet it does not. The 1% applies to the value of the fee itself.

Ex:
Normal:
Price: 1G
Fee: 5 Silver

With title:
Price: 1G
Fee: 4 Silver 95 Copper (1% Title is applied here)

This is a negligible difference. It really should be applied to the price not to the fee.
