Lag, VPN, Latency and dc changing Channel

Why this game dosent accept vpn? Who did this game is dont understand about network?
They dont know ppls from other country cant play without vpn? im playing wiht like 500 ms
All time on Manastone i got dc... I cant to nothing there...and on World boss too.if have like 50 players + the lag is so retarded.
Its just bc we dont play with VPN... The Staff should check it and put it on...for ppls from other country use VPN
I just lost 11 ppls from my guild bc the game dont suport vpn.
And this dc all the time? if u stay in ur place..u get dc..if u change channel u got dc..

Sometimes i think thjhis game is private bc the so many things happening and they dont do ntohing to fix..
Game has like 3 months and dc changing channels still.
the only server with players is Baellas...the others server is almot dead..
on forums Brazilians at facebook we have like 5k of players..and like 90% talkibg about latency for us..So ppls just leaving for play others games..
No one is stupid to player one game witg 380ms+.
