Quick question: Is the 'Hero's Gift Pack' that all new characters receive, a permanent feature of the game now? Or is it only for new characters created during the month of October?
If it's only a temporary feature, then I need to create a few more alts before it ends. Cause that gift pack is wonderful! It's a huge help to new characters!
