I was just finishing one of the first quests for the Cloying wastes and went to get something to drink leaving my toon at the shrine. I had some damage but didn't pay much attention to it but when i got back i hadn't healed at all by sitting there.
At first it didn't register but then after a while i noticed it wasn't happening at all.
I logged off and went to play on my other toon, and noticed that i was healing right away at lvl 35. i logged back onto my main and once again noticed no healing while either sitting or idle.
Is this something new like the daily elluns from Parna for anyone over lvl 40?
i wish they'd have given us more notice of this if this is the case. i spent the rest of the day making healing pots and bandages just to finish it to the cap.
