No T4 Armor/Weapon/Alchemy Crafting recipes?

Hey, Thnx for update, it's very nice! Few questions tho...
So... Max armorsmith/weaponsmith/alchemy level recipes are 30 at npc's? While we are 35?
Or you can find lvl 35 recipes in current dungeons or..again these crafts are useless (just a bit less)?...

Update: Alchemy has max lvl 20 elite/heroic potion recipes.
