I noticed that a lot of people has a glowing blue set of armor and gear. I ask them where did they get it, and they only said it was a Frost Keep armor and they left. I've read dozens of Forum posts, patch notes from previous updates and wiki pages, but I can't find any information on how to get that armor.
The name suggests that it's from the Frost Keep dungeon, but do I have to get a recipe and craft the armor and gear, do I run it on heroic and legendary and hope it drops...?
Another armor I can't identify is the black Assassin armor, that you can try on during character customization. One of my friends has it, and she said she bought a ton of lucky boxes and opened them until she got the full set. One person said that it's a Karasha armor, but idk... This armor is more like a black suit, and there are glowing blue parts on knees, elbows and chest (possibly somewhere else, I can't remember). As I said, you can see it while character customization.
I would appreciate if someone could help me with these - everything is helpful, from their locations to their stats, any information will be great. :)
