Inadmissible!!!!

I have my character stuck in Manor Gate on the cross server all day.
I've tried everything.
I sent a ticket, posted on the specific bug topic and there is no response.

I ask anyone in the game to try to warn other players not to get stuck in the cross server.

I need dev reply to see if I will continue to play.
