One of my friends keeps arguing about there is an item called "Unbinding scroll" in the game that can unbind item that is bind-on-pickup(for example, lv35 Frost Guard Commander gear). As he stated, his friend who sit beside him playing had it dropped in RoM a few times during lv25 era. He said, "The unbinding scroll is bind-on-pickup itself, the icon looks similar to the dungeon pass. The drop rate is extremely low. My friend grinded RoM for half a month back in lv25 era and had a few of them, I see it with my own eyes." "You didn't see it drop, doesn't mean it won't drop."
However, he said he does not have any screenshot of the item icon or item info, and he admits there is no official info or patch notes about it is released in game.
I know this item actually exists in game, but only on other server(KR&JP have it). Personally I never see this item drops in my server(NA Hakain), and I have never seen any bind-on-pickup item being unbound and sold in the auction or worn by any player(in another word, I have never seen any "unbinding available 2/3" item) in my server. But just to make sure, I want to ask if anyone has every seen this item before. Does it really exist in NA server already? or it has not been release yet?
