Someone can tell me if August Rewards' "Light Poreon, Garilon and Runelon" stats are the same as the normal Poreon, Garilon and Runelon family or are they different stats?

ranger talent build for spire
Currently I'm trying to choose the best ranger's talent build in spire. In my opinion : All chaos talent+ Sharpshooter + Chaos Slayer is the best.
But both "Sharpshooter" & " Chaos Slayer" has chaos consume -5 and really important in higher Floors when you use up your chaos really fast against those bosses (F30+) with high HP&Def.
What's your opinion?

Using skills while moving and action mode
having played all the big mmo titles throughout the years...I got 2 things kind of bothering me with Icarus
1. are we not supposed to use any skills while moving?
is this the way the game is intended? I'm talking about Guardian and Berserker since those I have played. Don't know if it applies to other classes as well.
From the top of my mind, there is no skill that I can use while moving (except Berserker Rising Cutter charge skill and Guardian Weapon Toss skill?), right? Me, personally, I'd like to "dance" around my target, not stand still and press an optimal sequence of keys to dish out the damage. I don't wanna think about how dreaded the PVP might be if you cannot use any skills while moving [chasing, retreating, "dodging" (broken mechanic) etc]. This is huge imo.
2. Action mode = Standard mode without holding down RMB to move camera?
in Action mode I can still cycle through targets with TAB... Normally this shouldn't happen, right? But it does and I love it lol, since I'm a traditional TAB guy. But oh boy is the TAB in Action mode clunky if you have upwards of 2 mobs on you. You end up hitting the wrong thing unless you're really careful. The way things are now, I find it tricky to stun/cc mob 1 and dps down mob 2, and cycle through them.

What is the floating city above Hakain's Crossing?
This has been driving us crazy for months now. On one of the loading screens, there is a drawing of Hakain's Crossing with a HUGE floating city high above it. I thought maybe it was a zone when we got to the level 60 cap, but here we are, and no city.

Is this really the quest daily reward?
I feel like you guys altered something, why in the world would this be the reward for this daily?

These aren't the only quests, there's a bunch in Cloying wastes that give .. familiar orbs... i mean, REALLY?
If you guys are actually altering the daily/ repeat quest rewards... KNOCK IT OFF. I just feel like these aren't the original intended rewards... i mean.. 19/21 mobs for 4 gold and 1 Elite seal stone.. really?

30% Tempering Stones
Why have the 30% Tempering Stones been taken Off the loot table from Familiar Adventures?
They do not drop anymore, and they have been replaced as 'possible reward' for 12 hour adventures with a stack of 140 tempering Stones. Seriously?? 140 Stones get my gear to +10, with that im not even able to do anything seriously, pvp maps are completely out of qestion.
I have to add here, that out of a sudden i drop masses of legendary mark boxes with hameon, calypto, and demonus, which have absolutely nothing anymore to do with the current Content.
Instead of adding +200 Stones so that People can upgrate their exalted gear beyond 17/18, or Forest gear beyond 22/23 with normal means, you take away 30% Stones?
now i am stuck with a +23 Forest wand, and have no more Chance to get it to 25. I am by far not insane enough to spend a day repeating a rabbini quest 20 times for a 30% Chance. Nor could i afford to spend zillions for a blessed Stone.
if it stays like it currently is, then the 'normal' Player is completely left out in this game. So why would i have any reason to continue this game if i am not given the slightest Chance to Keep up with others that have the means to pay hundreds of euros.
Here is my question to the nexon People: Will you add the 30% Stones back to the familiar adventures?

So I was watching the sneak peek stream for akrat plains and something caught my eye that I couldn't find in game. I don't know why I am so dedicated to daily quests but I am :>. Here it is:

Why do I now have to buy a bag? Notes say nothing about having to purchase the thing, and 30 days at a time?. It says that if you are premium, you get the bag...not that it is expensive, but the notes are very misleading

secret information on the official ROI wiki ??
i have never seen a wiki that had to be logged into in order to see shared information. i can understand a log in requirement to register info on the wiki page, but why is it that more and more, i come across pages that require a log in to view the page or portions of the page
for example - the page for sun guardians (a familiar) has practically no info on it - but if i click on the section that has a picture file, or a location file i am asked to log in
what gives? are players improperly posting info so that it doesn't show on the page, or is some information being withheld from players, or what?

NX credit purchase and cash shop purchase limits
I am a bit perplexed as to why NEXON would limit the amount of NX Credits you can purchase with your bank card as well as why the cash shop limits how much you can purchase? This does not make any sense to me from a financial standpoint. @CuddleWings is this the way NEXON is going to continue doing business? I like to spend money on my games and have never encountered a game (especially a FTP game) that puts spending caps on it's player base. I had to drive out of my way to purchase Karma Koin after finding out there is a monthly cap on how much NX you can purchase with your bank card and then find out there is a limit on how many items you can purchase in the cash shop. What gives? You are supposed to FEED the WHALES, not Kill them! LOL!

Has fishing been updated to drop 200+ stones?
Wondering if I should start fishing again. In other versions of the game, you can get Lv 200+ elite tempering stone from fishing and is a major source of getting tempering mats. Now that we're getting Lv 200+ stones in the game with the latest update, I'm wondering if anyone has fished up any?
I checked the in-game fishing board description of Sea of Hakanas and it still has description of Shiny Fishing Marks even though the event has ended, so I know they haven't updated the board description text yet.
