New Recipes that even the trainers don't know yet?

So I found some alchemy recipes of level 6 - fine!
BUT When I want to learn them, I get the message "Your Alchemy level is too low to learn ...."
Ok, I checked my alchemy level, it has stage 5 and more than two masterships.
I went to the trainer on the farm and in Hakain's Crossing, and what do both of them tell me? "You've reached the maximum level of Alchemy!"

Where are the new masters of alchemy which can train me?
