Why is there no announcement for Panos and Poyo?

I feel like those two popular heroic familiars need to have their own announcement when they spawn like alot of the other heroic mounts because you basically have to camp all day to find one. For that reason I find it easier just to buy the sealed familiars from the market instead of camping for them lol Also why does only one Panos spawn on one
random channel instead of on all the channels?
